![]() ![]() I'm a qualified teacher with over a year of face-to-face teaching experience both in studios and with private students. Extra time may be used for more poses and/or longer meditation/relaxation to finish. ![]() Classes are typically an hour in length, but if desired can be up to 90 minutes. In my teaching my goal is to help students soothe both their mind and their body, leaving the class with a sense of inner calmness and clarity. The class flows through a gentle warm-up and into more dynamic and stronger standing poses, then moves into slower deeper stretches and restorative poses with a guided relaxation to finish. In practicing this, we gain strength, flexibility, and mobility through the body while simultaneously calming the mind and the nervous system. In a general class (typically Hatha) I guide you through a flow of poses that moves through all parts of the body while we regulate and deepen the breath.
